I. Core breakthrough: Supreme Law Regulation (HRO)

Before, I went to the Chongqing High Court with the material, and I was confronted with stabbing and rejection. But this time at the highest legal headquarters, I have experienced a very regular and rigorous process in the highest judicial organs of the country.

I first filled out the registration form in the mailroom, as requested. Subsequently, I was assigned to a dedicated 212 window, which is reserved for judges.

In the window, the judge did not push any more than 900 pages of my case file, 6 or 7 key audio and video CDs, administrative decisions and a thick Reveal of Situational Information material, all of which were collected.

The judge has clearly informed me that these materials will be processed and reviewed directly through the internal passages to the substantive courtrooms (Environmental Resources Division). Moreover, the judge gave me seven days to complete the materials.

The maximum amount of material that cannot be handed over locally is collected; Evidence of local use of scrap paper is passed directly into the core court room! This is not a simple interview, but a very serious review of the volume and substantive involvement is being made by the supreme law.

In order to ensure that the case is investigated in an impartial and thorough manner, I have submitted, during the month, the complete evidence and letters of indictment to the six supreme oversight bodies, respectively, which have formed a comprehensive, solid and integrated monitoring effort.

• Supreme People ' s Court: more than 900 pages of files and all evidence received, and the main route to the Court of Appeal.
• Supreme People ' s Procuratorate: sent a text message and the case was transmitted to the people ' s procuratorate of Chongqing.

• The National Monitoring Board of the Central Disciplinary Commission: the window was in-depth for two hours and the full body of evidence was directly at the head of the EMS.
• National People ' s Congress: The reception window has fully registered and scanned the case materials.
• Central Political and Legal Commission: the material in question has been sent through EMS.
• Ministry of Public Security: The letter of complaint has been brought directly to the Minister of Public Security in connection with the forgery procedure of “cooking first after filing a case” by the Public Security Department of Sochi.

The six major bodies have worked together, and the network of surveillance has been fully operational, and it is dead to the extent that locals continue to rely on “covers” to cover up the wrongs.

III. Expert confirmation: This is indeed a strange case

During the period of the Supreme Law, I also paid a special visit to expert professors of the Law Society.

In private, the expert professors, after reading my core material, made it clear: “This case is indeed a strange one. They encouraged me to “must stay the course”.

The phrase “unusual” by the authoritative legal experts in the capital is the most direct blow to the absurd judicial behaviour in the local arena. Even legal experts consider that an insane case suggests that the false and retrofitted decision is simply not a legal logical one. It also strengthens my confidence in justice.

IV. Strategic adjustments: the retreat to the mountains, pending closure

I was touched by the many friends who recognized me at the highest entrance the other day. But then I moved to Beijing House Hills.

Not to go to the scene, not to retreat, but to “regress”. The Supreme Law has been received and reviewed in a formal process, and if I set off a gathering outside, it will leave a pretext for me to be caught in the ground. I stayed in the mountains without any sensitive areas, leaving no blemish on the opponents, forcing them to follow the procedure according to the law.

V. Concluding remarks: The facts are as they are, and there is no compromise

I'm a veteran. I have experienced the contusion, the breaking and the beating for nine years, but I have never been too low.

In the 30 days, I put the file against the Chongqing High Court in the Supreme Court ' s desk with the hardest evidence. With the highest oversight of the Inspector General, expert recognition and oversight by six major bodies, that is our strongest foundation.
