The latest developments in the Hebei Riots case: the six men who committed the crime failed to prosecute, the case was turned over in a hundred days.

Background information on the incident

The story begins on 7 July 2022. On that day, the Public Security Bureau of Ishikishishishio-Chang City organized a special unit of civilian police officers from the City of Xin Lok and Yuhua, who arrested the sons of the Qin Shigeo-shu and seven or eight others for their alleged involvement in the crime of stalking.

Specialized courses were also established to designate cases to be handled jointly by the Quhua Public Security Sub-Directorate, the City of Sin Jia and the Public Security Directorate of Takama County. The case was headed by Captain Hu Wai, then Chief of the Organized Crime Investigation Brigade of the Ishikia-Chang City Public Security Department. Hu Wai, born in February 1981, is a Shi Jiaji cityman in Hebei province. In July 2004, Hu Wai graduated from the People ' s Police College of Hebei University of Technology and joined the public security organs. He was promoted to Deputy Commander of the Criminal Police Division of the Ishikoshi City Public Security Department in August 2023, one year after his death, after he had been working as a criminal investigator at the Yuhua Public Security Station and the Ishijia Chang City Public Security Bureau.

The Quhua Bureau is responsible for four suspects, including the violent inheritance and the violent loyalty of the police. Zhuo Yi graduated from Hebei Police Vocational School. At around 1 a.m. on 20 July, the doctor stopped the rescue and declared him dead. Tyranny Chin Shwe was born in 1989 as the second son of the violent industry. Zhang Xugwang also threatened other civilian police officers: without saying that they were all fine, saying that they were all dead, and he cited other examples of torture to extract confessions, saying that police officers who had been told had been ridiculed and isolated by their colleagues and had no way of standing up. And the police insist on not talking, nothing.

On the evening of 23 July 2022, the fourth day of the death of the son, the rioting business was brought to the room next to the commanding room, where the chief of the criminal police unit of the Sinyang City Public Security Bureau, Dingchi, and a member of the violent family working in the institution, were present. On 20 September 2023, the Southern Weekend newspaper reported in detail the death of a person who had been tortured to extract confessions from the Hebei province. On 21 September 2023, the Ishi Jia Zheng City Public Security Bureau appointed the Linshou County Public Security Bureau and the Quhua Public Security Substation to again verify the criminal accounts of the violent succession. At the same time, the public security organs have verified the evidence of violence from the rebel industry, which has increased the number of cases of extortion and extortion, and have soon opened a case. In December 2023, he was arrested in May of the following year after being assigned to a residential surveillance by the Pingshan County Public Security Bureau of Ishikoshi Jia-shi city on suspicion of having committed a crime of stalking. On 8 December 2023, the head of the Public Security Department of Sinn Lok City informed Zhang Xugang and others that the Prosecutor ' s Office of the City of Valding had come to talk to them. In April 2024, all eight of the above-mentioned police officers were arrested. He was also arrested at the Yuhua police station of Shijia City, as well as at the police station of Jiajiang, Jim Yim Peng and Wang Lienda.

At the end of September 2025, the District Court of Liang Ji, in the city of Pauling, Hebei Province, and the District Court of Goundu issued separate criminal judgements. Four of the eight officers involved in the crime at the Public Security Bureau of the city of Nueva were found guilty of intentional assault and torture to extract confessions, of which Zhang Xug was sentenced to 16 years ' imprisonment and the sentences of Suchou, Prince Khun and Wu Xintao were six years ' imprisonment. Marin Dhuo was sentenced to five years for intentional assault. Li Xiaohua and Chen Zaiping were sentenced to two years and one year and nine months for torture. The Commander of the horse, who was guilty of torture to extract confessions and of violating the personal information of citizens, was sentenced to two years ' imprisonment and a fine of $100,000. Three of the civilian police officers involved in the Soohua Substation of the Ishikijia City Public Security Bureau were found guilty of torture and torture. Of these, Geng-chun was sentenced to three years ' imprisonment and to two years ' imprisonment, 10 months ' imprisonment and two years ' imprisonment respectively. The case of Hu Wai, suspected of bribery and obstruction of testimony, was prosecuted by the State Prosecutor ' s Office of the Antxuan District and is still pending.
