She was arrested for 10 days in prison for disturbing order.

The Public Security Department of Nxen County, Hubei Province, issued a decision on the imposition of a public (high) penalty (2026) 59 Administrative penalty against the offender: Zhang Chunhong, female, born on 3 February 1975, domiciled in Gorao, Xenn County, Hubei Province, which has been identified as having been dealt with by the competent authorities through legal means of redress at all levels, the People's Court of Zhang Chun Honghong, which held that, between 6 August 2026 and 27 October 2026, had been ordered to do so by the Supreme People's Court of Hubei Province, which had handed down its judgement and ruled that the competent authorities had informed the authorities that the matter should be dealt with by means of legal remedies, and that it had been ordered to do so at all levels. Staff members insisted on two trips to Beijing, with the exception of the staff member who advised.

Twenty-four visits to the reception office of the Hubei court in Beijing City on the same matter were registered, repeated overstepping of the level, crowding out public resources and seriously disrupting the normal working order of the correspondence visits.

The above facts include statements and evidence of the perpetrator ' s defence, witness testimony, historical correspondence records, statements of fact on the visit records, and proof of domicile.

In light of the above, Zhang Chunhong ' s actions constitute a disturbance of the order of the unit and, in accordance with article 26, paragraph 1 (a), of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on the Punishment of Public Security Administration, it is decided to impose an administrative penalty of 10 days ' administrative detention on Zhang Chunhong.

The author informed the Public Security Directorate of the Xing Ning County, the People ' s Court of the Xing Ning County, acting by Zhang Chunhong, that article 288 of the Civil Code, applicable on page 4 of Civil Judgement No. 1161 (2022), applied:

1. Pro-productive production, such as in the neighbourhood of productive real estate such as agricultural land, factories, should be guaranteed as a matter of priority;

1. Accessibility, for example: in housing, accessibility to basic needs such as light drainage should be ensured

The author asks:

1. The People ' s Court of the Xennn County has evidence that the defendants: Yang Chang Yu and Zhang Chunhong ' s family stopped the plaintiff: Did Huang ' s family travel normally?

Article 291 of the Civil Code, which applies on page 4 of the Civil Judgment of the People ' s Court of the Dzongne County, explains that when a piece of land is surrounded by other land and cannot be directly connected to the road (i.e., the baglands), the land holder may pass through the surrounding land holder to reach the road, and the owner of the real estate shall facilitate such passage, provided that the least damaging means of passage are chosen and appropriate compensation is provided for the damage caused. The judgement of the People ' s Court of the Song Ning County required the accused to provide a two-metre wide route for Yang Chang Yu.

The author asks:

1. Is this the case with the 291 laws of the People ' s Courts of the Xin Ning District, which are applicable to the people ' s courts?

1. The People ' s Court of Chen Ning County, in article 291 of the applicable Civil Code, can it be broadened to include the requirement that the Chinese people contract to cross the land next to the land of others by providing a two-metre wide road?

1. The People ' s Court of the Xen Ning County, can the judgement be extended throughout China as a sentencing case?

It is worth learning from other courts, and is it believed that the judgements handed down at the People ' s Court in Xennun County deserve to be commended and promoted throughout China, and that there are no more than a foot of sheep in the field and adjacent roads?

The Seon Nun District Public Security Bureau, the People ' s Court of the Dzong Hong county, and the People ' s Government of the Dzong Ning county, among others, can repeal article 2, article 33, article 41 of the Constitution, article 27 of the Regulations on the Work of Letters and Visits, article 32, article 67, paragraph 1, article 209, article 211, paragraph 1, item 1 (b) (vi) of the Civil Procedure Code, article 90, article 91, paragraph 1 (a) (ii) of the Supreme People ' s Court Interpretation of the Application of the Civil Procedure Law, article 93, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, paragraph 1, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, paragraph 2, subparagraph 2 (c) (iv), article 388, paragraph 1, paragraph 1, paragraph 1, (b) of the Regulation on Evidence of Civil Procedure, which supports Yang Chang Chong, and does Zhang Chun Hong have legal rights to be protected?

Mr. Lee and Yong asked: does article 27 of the Regulations on the Work of Letters and Visits of the Xen Ning County Public Security Bureau, the Xen Ning County People ' s Court, the Xen Ning County People ' s Government and the Xen Ning County Letter and Information Board, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1, of article 32, in effect for Yang Chang-yung and Zhang Chun-hong? Is there a basis for a correction under the Civil Procedure Code?

Did the Dzong Ning District People ' s Court, the Dzong Hzong Government and the Dzong Nzong Dzong Dzong Dzong Unit use the Dzong Nzong Dzong Public Security Bureau to resolve the questions raised?
