Jiangsu High Court Complaints Window Refuses to Register Supreme Court Cases

The complaints window of the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court refused to register a case assigned by the Supreme Court, claiming that even the supervision and guidance of the Supreme Court are useless, which has raised questions and dissatisfaction from the parties involved.

On the morning of September 4, 2026, I came to the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court for the fourth time, requesting the court to provide the legal basis for not informing the parties of the case number, progress, and review conclusions.

Judge Gao, a female judge at Window 2 of the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court complaints reception hall, refused to register my complaint, falsely claiming that the court's complaints registration rules have changed this year: they no longer register on-site, but instead take photos of the judgment and ID card and send them to the backend for review. I said that we had come three times before August 20 this year, and all of them were registered on-site. After her lie was exposed, she calmly said: I'm in charge here, and whether to register or not is up to me. When she heard that my case was assigned and supervised by the Supreme Court and the Central Fourth Inspection Team, she said disdainfully: Even the supervision and guidance of the Supreme Court are useless, and the Jiangsu High Court won't handle it, that's what I said! We were left speechless, wondering if the Jiangsu High Court has become an independent kingdom?
