An illiterate person who does not understand what is written in the interrogation transcript can only print the case by hand after the person who is conducting the case has read it. The name was named and the “statement” was taken.

He's the fifth brother of He Yushan. And the mountain of He Jade is the father-in-law of Chu, and the father of Hebin. A large family, living in the village of Noboru. He is illiterate, stoned and works in his youth, ill-treated from his young eyes, and has a near-sighted view of 1800 degrees, close to the blind at night. In 2008, the court in the Central Court of the city of Ellein was re-examined and sentenced to a non-conviction by He Zheng. In 2010, the Jaeyang District Court again acquitted him.

On 28 April 2008, when he left the prison, his sentence expired exactly seven years later. The 2008 acquittal was not brought into effect and the case was returned to the High Court for the fourth time. In 2010, he was acquitted for a second time by the Jaeyang District Court.

In 2012, his wife died. Because he was in prison, she was responsible for all the family matters and overworked. The kid dropped out of junior high.

IV. State compensation, first appearance of the name of Heyu-Jim

On 17 January 2011, he applied to the Intermediate People's Court of the city of Ellein for State compensation on the grounds of “acquitted”.

On 27 January, the Court opened its case. The applicant wrote “Gherjeong wins” on the admissibility notification.

On 11 April 2011, the “Gher Zheng Win” signed a mediation agreement with the Central College of the city of Ellein. First line of the agreement: “Reparation to the applicant: He Zheng, who was once known as He Yu-Jing, and He Viva, male, born on 2 June 1963, and the people of Yanshan County, Shaanxi Province, illiterate, Han people ”

“It was used as a name by the name of Jade. “This is the first time that the Court has written the words “Geek” in its official instrument. Not a real name, but a "old name." 2560 days. Over seven years.

He was called "Gherjeong" in his criminal judgement and "Hero Jiehue" in his compensation agreement. Two names, finally, met in the same instrument. Since then, He Yu-Jin's account book has added a previous name to "Hong Jing's".

V, names don't matter?

A person acquitted by the State does not appear in his name in the judgement. He will use the name imposed by the public security organs to prove that “I am me”; A “ho-ho-ho-ho-ho-ho” is used to claim a claim for the dead.

It doesn't matter what the person on the statement is called, if you have a conclusion and then a statement. A statement that cannot even be checked by name, and on what basis can it be established that the words of this person are on record? Who is the defendant? Who is the defendant? Who is the judge?

The name in the judicial instrument also brought endless trouble to Jae-Jin. The accused of the acquittal was “Gher Zhang”; (a) The State compensates the applicant, also written by "Gherjeong Win"; The complainant on the complaint file was also “Gherjeong wins”. But his identity card says "Hamaja" He needs to keep proving that the two names are the same.

After the acquittal, the grievances of He Yu-Jin continue.

He Yu-Jin never called him "Jim-Jim". More than 20 years after the complaint, he has tried to prove two things: he did not kill; He's not called that name. The first thing, the conclusion has been reached, but the latter thing, which has not been answered to date: who is the winner of the victory?

There was only one farmer named He Yu-Jin, who had been in prison for seven years for a name that did not exist; I wrote more than 20 years of letters for my loved ones.
