Deputy Director of the Public Security Bureau was arrested, and his wife was arrested for complaining.

I often feel a sense of weakness, especially when there are significant violations and when it is clear, but the case handlers remain indifferent and simply want to complete the proceedings rather than resolve the problem.

I always feel sorry for the duty entrusted to me by the law: lawyers should defend the legitimate rights and interests of their clients, uphold the proper application of the law and uphold social equity and justice.

It is clear that the Zhao Junjie case should not be brought before and tried by the Western Ping judiciary. I have exhausted all the means of trying to convince these officers, such as filing a complaint with the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and submitting a dissenting opinion and evidence to the judicial authorities of four branches of the Ministry of Justice, such as the Office of the Attorney-General of the International Bar Association. But it's just that it's not going to work out and there's no response.

Zhao Junjie, accused of loan transfer, occupation of office, etc., and last August, when Wang Xingwei invited me to intervene, we concluded that the case should not be under the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities of Siping County, that there were clear instances of retaliation and that the facts alleged by the Public Prosecution Service were not valid. For example:

1. The case was brought by the local Disciplinary Commission ' s secretary, Liu Ho Nam, Deputy Director of Public Security, who reported that he had committed an offence and had been detained for the remainder of his life, after the day following the report, the Disciplinary Commission ' s case department had forwarded to the public security authorities the criminal charges against Zhao Zhongjie.

The police officer who was the sponsor of the investigation into the Zhao Junji case was a direct subordinate of her husband Liu Ho Nam. The investigation into the case was just completed and the officer himself was also investigated for a crime on duty and is still under investigation.

The criminal leads and the charges involved in the original transfer did not appear in the indictment, which was followed by a separate investigation, such as job invasion, loan transfer, etc., after the coercive measures imposed by Zhao.

4/ The indictment found that Zhao Junjie was the head of the company, but that the case of misappropriation did not identify the victims nor did it include a list of victims. The alleged victim was Zhao Junjie ' s company, which according to the indictment, had never reported that it had been usurped by its position, nor had any other person reported that its interests had been damaged by the occupation, and that the company was Zhao Zhao Zongjie by reason of the alleged thicious.

In three pre-court meetings, it was because of repeated requests from me, counsel Wang Xingwei and the accused Zhao Junjie that the Public Prosecutor, Wei Zhou, made it clear that the victim of the invasion in question was the company responsible for Zhao Junjie. But should the victim's subject information not be clear before the prosecution?

The company in charge of Jo thus engaged the intervention of the lawyer Li Junhing and Li Wenga as the victim ' s legal representatives. Counsel Li was a legal representative in the case of Zheng Jin-jae, who was convicted in the first instance to 20 years ' imprisonment and later to acquittal.

1. If Zhao Junjie is charged with the offence of loan transfer (which we believe is not at all) there is a clear lack of the necessary co-accused, because the indictment opinion of the investigating authority, which was clearly set at the time, and another suspect, who received so-called benefit or interest and which was supported by evidence, was concealed in the indictment, clearly harboured or selectively enforced, and the court, by law, should return the case to the prosecutor ' s office, reopen the investigation and add the necessary accused.

6 During the investigation of Liu Ho Nam, the investigating authorities found information from the safe of Zhao Junjie, the Director of Public Security of Ziping County, who had reported the offence, and the CSC personnel verified the situation with Zhao Junjie. The prosecution of Zhao Junjie also raises serious suspicions of reprisals by the public security organs against him.

There are many other serious problems in this case, such as audit reports, evaluation reports, and no further cases are listed here.
