Ms. Li's Open Letter to Director Liu Guozhou: Please Legally File the Case of Lin Zheng's Intentional Injury and Framing

Ms. Li alleged that in 2022, she was pushed down the stairs by Lin Zheng, resulting in a first-degree minor injury. However, the Zhongshan police did not file the case for many years. Instead, due to Lin Zheng's self-inflicted injuries and false accusations, as well as the case handlers' use of fake medical records and other irregular operations, she was wrongly detained for 69 days. Although the prosecution ultimately decided not to prosecute her, the police still refused to file a case against Lin Zheng. Ms. Li questioned the serious irregularities in the case-handling procedure and the existence of double standards, and earnestly requested that the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department elevate the case or designate a different jurisdiction to handle it.
